      Lisa Perkins

      Lisa has been in the mortgage industry for 20 plus years. She has experience as a Loan Officer, Processor, Secondary Marketing, Operations and Software Development. She is a Certified Encompass Admin with 15 years’ experience along with BytePro and Calyx Point experience. Lisa was instrumental in developing ATI’s SAS division (System Administration Services), to provide comprehensive LOS admin support.

      MANAGING PARTNER SAS DIVISION

      Wesley Kinslow

      Wesley has IT experience over the last 20 years working with a variety of organizational systems and databases. He’s been working exclusively with Encompass 360 for the past 9 years and has been a Certified Encompass Administrator since 2014, the year that the program began. He has expertise surrounding business rules, operational workflows, change management, advanced mortgage analytics, secondary systems, compliance and third party services – all with a troubleshooting background that can support day-to-day maintenance of these areas and context from a variety of perspectives from around the financial industry. Wesley is used to accessing and solving complex issues that arise in modern mortgage lending institutions.

      Kim West

      Kim West started in the mortgage industry in 2004 as a Loan Originator. During her time in the industry, she has held positions as loan originator, sales assistant to two high producers, secondary marketing, vendor management, disclosure desk, Operations Manager, and Encompass/Calyx system administrator. Her experience in the industry and exposure to Encompass, Calyx Point, Empower, and MortgageBot helps Kim troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions to problems that satisfy the precision of the mortgage industry while not being cumbersome to the user.

      BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST II

      Blake Eddy

      Blake has 7 years of Mortgage Experience involving process improvement, data and analytics, and LOS administration. As an Encompass Administrator and Data Analyst, Blake has extensive knowledge surrounding workflow, business rules and overall LOS troubleshooting. With his experience and strong communication skills, he can assist with whatever a client may need to improve their process or implementation.

      David Schuster

      David Schuster has 6 years of comprehensive mortgage operations experience, ranging from Processing to Closing, backing up his skills as an administrator. This hands-on time with Encompass has given him a keen eye for spotting technical solutions to smoothing out workflows. He has also brought offices all the way from paper applications to Consumer Connect. As an Ellie Mae certified Administrator, he can help with all of your Encompass needs.

      Nick Thomas

      Nick has 3 years of mortgage and encompass experience, ranging from front and back-end loan processing to QA testing. While processing, Nick routinely communicated with third parties and with his loan team, honing his ability to work with a diverse set of people and communication styles. In his role at ATI, he tests encompass rules and solutions created by Systems Analysts and Admins to ensure our clients have a smooth Encompass experience.
